I'm following up on a challenge by Kristen to document things I can't live without. During the week, the challenge took on a little twist of my own, but here it is none the less:

I think the challenge was supposed to be 'things' you can't live without, but this was just irresistible.

"Cryle" is DJ's word for Mack's trick when he smiles and cries at the same time. In all honesty, I probably could live without these... :)

A word about the word 'lovely': 'Lovely' is what my dad called me growing up (among other things, sometimes a little less flattering). Lately, I've noticed the word popping up on many a design blog. I guess I have to give props to my dad for being so ahead of the curve. Love you Dad. Thanks for loving me.

Don't be mad, but sometimes I have a hard time clicking over to see your awesome awesome pictures. They make me so jealous! Can you give me some pointers and tips your pictures are amazing! :) Love the pictures of Mack he is so dang cute!
